The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated…

Well, no one thought I was dead. However, I have been very busy as of late. In the interim, I bought 3 internet businesses and I have been trying to onboard them.

Onboarding a business is difficult as it is, however when you add the seller catching covid and not really being organized it turns something that should be simple into a game of cat and mouse.

Compounding that I was attempting to acquire a 7 figure national construction business but that fell through as we couldn’t come to an agreement regarding valuation. The lesson here is to never compromise your metrics. If something is too high fuck it. You can’t fuck a business but it can fuck you.

In addition, my mother passed away about 2 weeks before my birthday. I’ve been burying myself in my work to not really think about it but there have been times where I have been compromised. It was too much going on so writing fell off.

I’m only human contrary to popular opinion.

All in all, it has been an eventful quarter as I attempt to finish graduate school.
